  5. Edward McVay Belding has been named a partner in the law firm of Anderson & Lakewood, 150 South Ninth Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55428.  Mr. Belding was formerly a partner of Tilson, Johns, Zapata, and Thorpe of Minneapolis.  Lewis Lakewood is the senior partner of Anderson & Lakewood.
